Hi,

I'm new to these forums but i have recently acquired what i think to be a prototype model constructed by a model company Newcastle for use by BAE systems. I think it’s a challenger 2 tank but cant be sure. i was wondering if anyone could shed any more light on at what point in the development of the challenger two (if indeed that is what this, was produced). Any information would be helpful. the link to the auction is below (I’m having to sell as i just have nowhere to keep it).

Looks like a Vickers Mk.7/2....Google it and you'll find lots of information.

Very cool display model....too bad you have to part with it.
