It is indeed very big & it's still in 1/35 scale. Read the article in that webpage, the author says that they are planning to build it in 1/16 scale!! just image the size of it.

Yup! 1/35 pa lang yon! Pano kaya pag 1/16? I dunno kung ito nga yung 36 inch gun na sinasabi mo pero by the looks, at laki ng hole sa turret, baka eto na nga yon.

BTW, Fritz, yung link na binigay mo is the 1/16th one. Search mo sa site nya, meron doon yung 1/35. Nakasulat naman yung scale eh.
