Hi all having finished my latest model ahead of time for the IPMS Scotish Nationals at perth . I had time on my hands , so what to do?
Go were others fear to tread , clean up the bench and workspace . Find items and parts lost to the carpet monster , even down to a drill the thickness of a human hair .
After that the floor was given the onbce over , it is now glossy and clean . And yes I found parts I had lost many months ago , one I even had to scratch build as there was no replacement .
So Fear not it can be done , just hold your breath and dive in . cheers ian

Ian;
Fear to go there, indeed!
Do you actually HAVE a 0.008 inch drill-bit? 8-thou of an inch is on the large end of human hair diams, and that's right puny! I have some tiny drills, but none near that small!
In my house, those tiny things get sucked up by the missus during the weekly cat-hair & dust-collection frenzy. Out of sight into the cannister and out of mind. I don't have to worry about ever getting even the chance to FIND something like that in my mess before it is GONE!
