I've heard rumor that Zvevda may be going out of business. Has anyone else heard about this?

Probably a Prima Aprilis rumour. Not a word about it in Russian modelling sites.

I don't think so, absolutely

Zvezda is one of the compny leader of the eastern market, it seeams to me an unbelievable news. If you look at the eastern modeller forums's, you can notice that on average about 1 model on 3 comes from Zvezda
Furthermore Zvezda has announced A LOT of new releases for the 2011, and in his latest kits (such as the German Heavy Truck "Einheitsfahrerhaus" L-4500) the quality has very improved. Can a company next to go out of the business increase his investments?

What about Great Models? They have some Zvezda kits. I have never ordered from them, so I don't know how reliable is this shop/

They get the job done. Their prices are also fair.
