Hi Jim sorry to be a pain (I'm an ANZAC we are meant to be pains) but every time I try to upload pics to the new gallery I get a message that I am not autherisied to do it. Then I tryed to say "hey it's me and I'm allowed" it refused to accept my pass word.

Also while I'm here I would like to change my call sign please. Just when you get a chance that is. I did e-mail you a few weeks ago on this but as I know you are busy I let it slide when I got no answer.

Thanks in advance
Cliff

Cliff,
I need more info. You say it won't take your password yet you are obviously already logged in. It shouldn't be asking for a password. I need a blow-by-blow record here.

You go to the PhotoPost page and in the upper right hand corner you see the "Upload Photos" link. You click on it.... then what happens...

Thanks,
Jim

Jim a page comes up with 5 boxes with a browse button beside them. I then can view my pic albums here at home and click on which pics I wish to upload. Below this is a status list of what I an allowed. This tells me I have 'UNLIMITED' space and that I have nothing in my album. I then push upload in the top RH corner and away it goes. After a few moments a dialogue box comes up saying I am not authorised to upload pics and at the top of this a box says .....login...user name....password. When I enter my details in this and click enter it returns to this box with invalid username please try again.

hope this is of some help as I would like to upload some model pics.

Thanks Cliff

Cliff,
I am going to "hi-jack" your account to see what is up. I will have to email you a new password for this.

I will do the callsign change as well. You may need to delete your Armorama cookies because of these changes.

Thanks,
Jim

Cliff,
Make sure you are accessing the site via the primary url:

www.armorama.com

The cookie will cause errors if you are simply on "armorama.com". I will need to fix this in future and restore the ability for the server to force everyone to www.armorama.com no matter where they start from.

Did that help?

Thanks,
Jim

Cliff,
Glad it's working okay. Image sizing is a bit of an issue for many but this is something I think will help users in the long run becase otherwise they will use up their 3mb really quick.

Cheers,
Jim
