Does anybody have the book "Duel in the Mist" for sale for a reasonable price? I have been looking for this book for quite a while now and it is pretty hard to find here in the U. S.

Pricey book. 3 copies are available in the U.S. through abebooks.com . Prices range from $60-$100 .
