I,m sure this has been discussed before but i can not find anything helpful.Here's the situation.I have some 1/72 scale decals i need to convert up to 1/24.If anyone has a ny helpful hints i would be much obliged.thanks in advance

I think this is how to do it:

x(72)
-------
24

measure the width and/or height of the decal object image

multiply that by 72

then take that product and divide into 24

this will be the new size

... I think

Easy way to do this.

Enlarge your master (the 1/72) by 300% on a copier (or photo editing software, etc). That will get you the 1/24 scale equivalent.

(Original) divided by (desired) multiplied by 100 equals percent enlarged/shrunk.

(72 / 24) x 100 = 300

Hope this helps. I don't know if you're doing this on a computer or just getting templates from the decal sheet on a copier.
