I have the Magic Tracks with Winterketten for sale: $20 with shipping to CONUS.

These will fit the Stug III, Panzer III and presumably Panzer IVs

Bill Plunk would be the man to ask. These tracks were eventually superceded by the Ostketten ones if I'm not mistaken.

I checked with Bill Plunk, and yes, these would work for an early Stug IV on the Eastern Front.
