Now that we are get going to lose Canon's Hyper photo, , I've been looking for alternatives. Trying Xphoto and web shots, very easy to upload images. But can't seem to get them to post properly on this site. It was easy with Hyperphoto with the image html tag ready to just cut and paste. With the new sites I've figured how to get them to post on this site but the image is poor, The image from the camera and on the host site is very sharp but appear very poor when posted on this site. I noticed that only so much Kb is allowed so I adjust the image quality is terrible?

Well you wouldn't want to set the image quality so low that the image comes out badly. A better solution would be to use a photo-editing piece of software to bring the images down to size. Believe me a 150kb image (the max upload size) is plenty large enough to be of good quality and detail. If you need help with image editing there are several good articles in the features section.

Cheers,
Jim

Thanks Jim, this site is so vast I missed that forum in regard to image resizing. I'll try it tonight when I get home. Have a few images that I would like to post. Should've surfed this site a little better I might've save some time.
