I just noticed that Charles Bronson died a couple days ago. He was a veteran of WWII, supposedly a B29 rear gunner though that could have been studio hype. He wasn't a great actor but he was in three of my favorite films, The Magnificent Seven, The Great Escape, and The Dirty Dozen. He was also in The Battle of the Bulge but I won't hold that against him. He lived to be 81 and had an interesting life, not bad for anybody.

I always liked the Mechanic. The first Death Wish was pretty good too. Sad to hear he died. Wasn't he in the Longest Day too?
