Hi
dont know if anyone from the Philippines will see this but i havent been able to access the IPMS Philippines site over the last couple of days keep getting some sort of webserver error message so was wondering if the site is down or just from my end.

... IPMS forums ... Are not what they were. Many have become extinct. But if you want to enter the Philippines by IPMS forums ... I recommend: IPMS Manila.
