For all that viewed my post,I bought the book "The Battle of Kharkov",by Jean Restyn.
Excellent purchase 650 pics!!!
I found out alot about what was used from actual picturesColors of tanks, unit emblems, turret numbers and what color they should be.I was going to buy a set of Echelon decals for my PZ IV G's.I found out that they are made in white.
The 1st SS turret numbers were in red, tall thin with no outline on them.
Would that make Echelons set incorrect?I think so.At least some of them.
Dragon used the right ones for the PZ IV G they make.
Almost all of the stuggies used were with osketten tracks. At least from the pics.
Some one told me that not many of the double turret hatched T34 were used in the battle, but almost all of the pics are of them.
Some of our so called expert have also stated that only the Das Riech Unit was supplied with Tigers. This is also incorrect as all of the ss unit had a few.2-3.Das Riech,Totenkopf,Grossdeutcheland and Liebstandarte, that is if actual photos from the battlefield are correct.

Now I am not claiming to be a expert,I just want to get and give correct info.

Platz de Liebstandarte was pretty good. RZM published it. It might still be available.
