I am sorry to say that I have to report that I am having a problem w/a transaction I made w/Tankrats AFV Depot.

In Oct. I shipped him a small assortment of our kits along with a 30 day invoice. The whole deal was less than $250 so we're not talking about a great deal of money.

The invoice has not been paid & numerous phone calls, emails and snail mail attempts to reach him or get a response have gone unanswered.

I am not looking to cause trouble for anyone. All I want is to either get the money for the merchandise I sent him or to have it returned to me. I feel I am a reasonable guy & If he has run into health or financial issues I would be glad to work something out with him so we can both move on with our lives.

I never would have even posted this other than the fact that several other manufacturers have reported having the same type of problem collecting the money owed for merchandise sent. I would hate to see any other manufacturers not get paid.

If, and when this situation gets resolved I will be the first to say he made it right. Until then, I will have to keep after him. If you are a manufacturer who has had an issue w/this dealer please contact me off list. Thank you.

Hi there you need to talk to Bob C. (cant remember how to spell his last name but you will find him posting for Boc C.) on Missing lynx as he had to contact the Marcopia County D/A's office to get his prpblem with Tank Rats resolved. Hope it works out but I fear you will have to involve the athorities.

Just and FYI, Bob's last name is Collignon... and he's a good guy.

An update. As of today I still have not gotten paid for the kits I sent TR many months ago. It especially iks me because his site is still up & has one of my kits for sale on the home page. Once he either pays for the kits or returns them I'll let you know.

Time to Google Maricopa District Attorneys Office!( http://www.maricopacountyattorney.org/) Tank Rats is operating outside the law and if you don't report it he will do it to others. Time to report him as a Crook to the authorities.

I was just wondering if you ever got your money/items from tankrats?
I had not seen all these posts about them....negitive! all.
Well I had used thier site and ordered a dml Jagdtiger and armorscale barrel.
I have not had a e-mail conformation about my cc number amount or shipping charges.
It has been only 2 days or so, but after reading all these forums and so forth I think they are "scammers". I also e-mailed maricopia county attorney to see what can be done, They have not charged my cc # , but I do not get a good feeling ....I knew it was too good to see a DML Jagdtiger for $26.95 or so and free shipping.
Anyway just thought I would ask you if you had a happy ending to your dilema ?

Yes indeed Jeff, I sent a info e-mail to them, as they have not returned my e-mail or phone calls about an ordered I just placed. Man I wish I had seen all these posts before I sent them my order over the net??!!! rats to Tank Rats

Have you contacted your CC company and explained the problem so possibly they can decline the charge when and if he puts it thru.
