What did everyone get for Christmas? I'm on my way to the in-laws to find out. I know some stuff was bought by my wife from Sprue Brothers. More to follow.

I bagged 2 sculpting books, 3 Knight Models miniatures - Gambit, Dr Doom, and Venom, and a cool Moebius Models Lost in Space Robot.

Also a nice surprise was this hot chocolate and coffee set from El Greco Miniatures, which came with the Knight Models figures.

Merry Xmas everyone.

Son #1 got two stryker kits. He wants me to have one and we will build them together.

Son #2 got two Corsairs. He wants to do them both. Maybe he will still let me help.

DML Sherman Mark III + Bison decals to make a Polish vehicle in Italy
USS Laffey to make my first foray into ships

I'm normally disciplined about finishing one model before starting another, but I'm really tempted to just drop what I'm doing.

Wow, you guys are lucky! My wife will not get me any models, aparently I already have enough. Don't ask me how she could think this, as I only have about 50 kits...

My sister brought some kits along from the US that I had sent to her so that was like a Christmas gift:
Tasca Sherman Vc Firefly
DML M4 Sherman Normandy
HB M4 High Speed Tractor
and a Tamiya Jeep.

We also got ourselves a Wii, but most of the presents now go to my daughter...

Cheers!
Stefan

My parents got my daughter a Wii for Christmas. She is having a good time with it.

I got some books, two board wargames, the Twilight Imperium game and its expansion, and five tank models, all 1/35th scale:

Tamiya BT-7
Tamiya Panzer IIc
Tamiya Panzer IIIn
Tamiya Tiger II Porsche turret
AFV Nashorn with accessories

I think this is reason my plastic 'mountain' of kits does not shrink much during the year.
