Ive just started making kits and was wondering where i could get decent models on a budget?-thanks in advance

model small scale.
Airfix is cheap and newer moulds are pretty damn good for the money.
Or try a model show you'll be able to pick up second hand 1/72 scale stuff for < £5.
Knives from pound shop, nail boards for sanding sticks. A bottle of Johnsons Klear/Future.
Get decent paint and brushes though.
Still the guts of £20 for your first model

Hi Harry, Im in the same boat,unemployed, try Models for Sale they sell second hand unopened models or stuff in damaged boxes good web site and fast service you can also get some good buys on the trade section on this site if your into WW2 Russian armour try Trumpeter KV series best on the market and dirt cheap.

Hi
If on a tight buget you could try some of the older tamiya kits, most of the 60's & 70's kits are often sold for under £10 and with the old figure kits often under £5.
They are also a good way to practice your techniques without wrecking an expensive model.

You could always try ebay, i am unemployed and have got some good bargains but it depends what you want to model
