hi all not sure if this has been posted before but i just learned of it today and thought it relevant to modellers considering the amount of parcels we get.
a company called parcel delivery service(PDS) who post a card through the door stating they couldnt deliver your parcel please ring 09066611911 which turns out to be a premium number and you have now run up a bill for £315.00.
Royal Mail fraud department ask to ring them on 02072396655 if this happens to you.

Thanks for the heads up John.
The Beloved has a lot of parcels due (Xmas pressies), so I shall warn her as well.

NO NO NO! sorry guys but you'll be looking out for nothing
We got this at work, with the link - but if you click the link it turns out this scam was shut down in 2005 and is simply sent round causing panic
http://www.sophos.com/security/hoaxes/parcel_delivery.html
it was a scam but has now become a hoax email
there is nothing to worry about, the scam DOES NOT EXIST!
there was actually something in my newspaper this morning letting people know that this doesn't exisit.
