I would like to build a Battle of Britain Spitfire Mark I and the kind folks at Aeroscale have told me
this is the kit:

I have tried picking one up on eBay, but don't want to get into the usual bidding war. Is there someone who has an extra they'd sell for a reasonable price? If so, please PM me. Thanks.

Bill, I have a spit mk1 from revell ( kit#4555) that is kinda built and falling apart from 20 years ago or so. Heavy damage plus simulated battle damage to kit. It's just looking for some heavy restoration and have not had the heart to toss it out.Freebie if you care for a go at it. I belive all the parts are there.
There is no return policy on time spent

Sounds a bit daunting, though I appreciate the offer, Bob. Not familiar with that kit.
