You could contact him directly at his blog. I'm surprised he doesn't reissue this through his new company, copyright laws are different for intellectual property, ie books.

Great suggestion. I contacted Mig and he sent back a nice email, and said a new edition is being released in a few months by AK Interactive - so I'll be happy to wait for that.

I believe the previous issue is actually the property of Andrea Press. While Mig obviously wrote it...he did it for Andrea, so therefore I would think that they own the rights on the book.

Which is probably why he is doing another.
