Matt,

There are a few vehicles outdoors including several M42 Dusters at Camp Blanding, near Starke in north central Florida. There is a small indoor museum as well with some interesting local history (Camp Blanding held 4000 German POWs during and after WWII, for instance), but nothing really spectacular.

There is also a UDT/SEAL museum in Fort Pierce, on the east coast well north of Miami and Fort Lauderdale, but I have never been there so I can't really tell you if it's worth the trip.

Those are the only two military museums in Florida that I am aware of off the top of my head.

Thanks Avenger. I am pretty close to Fort Blanding. I'll have to check it out.

There is a small museum in Largo, near Saint Pete. Have not been there yet but they have some vehicles outside. There is a large metal building with the rest inside. In Tampa, there is a small Vietnam memorial park and museum. Outside they have a Stuart , some AT guns and several helicopters. Have not been inside. Probably small arms and stuff like that.

The Naval Aviation Museum @ NAS Pensacola has a few pieces of Marine armor and softskins, or it did when I was stationed there in the late nineties.
