Understood Bob last question how big is the picture in terms of size on hard drive.

I just uploaded 9 images with no problems..All facets of the process functioned flawlessly for me.

Just FYI as you continue to diagnose the members problem.

Thank you Brent. I can only cover the basics which if it doesn't solve the issue will be one for Jim to correct or look into.

After multipule tries they finally worked.
I can only assume I was doing something wrong and finally did something right.
Had to be the file size. I copied them to another folder thats when they worked.
