I'm trying to use this site from a new computer (Firefox and Windows) and am unable to log in.
Each attempt leads to a '404' page after I give the name and password.
I am also unable to report problems through the feedback form because it tells me, every time, that I have made a mistake with the character verification. But I haven't.
I have had to come back to the old computer, which is permanently logged in, to post this message.

If you get a 404 generally it's trying to redirect you to a page that doesn't exist. If you can post the URL to the page it's giving you I might be able to figure out the issue.
Also the login process has an automated re-direct taking you back to the page you were on when you clicked 'login'. So that page info may be wrong or messed up.
Thanks,
Jim

Jim:
The 404 is for this URL:
http://support.kitmaker.net/cgi-bin/kb.cgi?view=1&lang=en
and that's after a brief moment at
http://armorama.com/cookies

Jim:
Just now, I had to go back and edit my post because the ampersand I wrote in the URL was not appearing on the screen.
It looks like the site could perhaps benefit from expert technical help?
Could you tell me whom to contact if there is any interest in working with me?

The issue with the bad redirect is fixed. I am not sure why but your login attempt seemed to be missing a key variable for the base language setting and that is why the login was failing.
It should work now.
Thanks,
Jim

Thanks, Jim.
My login works fine now.
