Welcome to the brand new international scale model exhibition in Finland!

The medieval castle of Häme provides us an excellent background where to present models and figures. All Finnish top modelers and artists will be there together with other scandinavian modelers and artists. The date for competition was carefully planned. It is the darkest season in Finland which is something one has to experience. The Christmas party season is in it's peak- we will also have our own.

The city of Hämeenlinna is only 1 hour car/train drive from all major airports and ferry harbors. Check out details from our website http://www.nordic-challenge.net- from there you can find out which airlines etc. you can use. Getting to Finland is really not a problem.

Nearby the contest location we have 3 interesting attractions for scale modelers:

1. Prison museum, the Häme castle was an active prison until 1970's

We need you ideas and feedback regarding The Tank Museum activity in Parola. What would you like to see, what kind of activities should we arrange in order to serve the scale model artist the best way we can. Your ideas are very welcome. Some of the activities and demonstrations will most likely happen around a T-34 tank- so be prepared!
