Photo success but failure?

Hi, this is Jay and I've been trying for sometime now to upload my pictures. It says upload successful but there are no pictures in my album or my pictures in general. I need some help with this plight of mine.

Hi Jay,
My apologies on the obvious frustration with that. You would have thought the excellent developers at PhotoPost who wrote this software would have prompted people when the file they were uploading was too large, but... they didn't. So more than likely your photo needs to be 'pre'-sized and reduced to be uploaded and potentially re-sized again by the photo gallery. If you do this via a photo application like Photoshop or something like it, resize to 800pixels wide maximum for best results.
In short if the photo is larger than 2 to 3 mb I think the upload will fail but still give you the success message.
