Since I'vecomplained about Hobbyeasy in the past and actually stopped ordering from them because of the slowness and awkwardness of their website it's only right that I now give them some praise.

They have upgraded their website which is now much faster and doesn't keep jumping all over the place so I took a chance on ordering from them again.

I ordered Tamiya's wespe for €14.07(18.18 USD) + €6.10(7.84 USD) p&p late on the 7th August and it arrrived this morning 12th August at 8am. That's less than 5 days Hong Kong to Ireland.

So Well done Hobbyeasy

I hear you Pat. Hobbyeasy has consistantly taken good care of me for last 6-7 years. Like everyone else, I just slogged through the sluggish speeds and tedious checkout.
Now I can spend my money with them even faster!
I gotta go build something........

I too cannot speak more highly of hobbyeasy. They are one of the best online shops ive ever dealt with, they offer a great service and models at very good prices. The main reason I use them as well is because they dont rip you off on postage like most online sellers.

Pat, kudos to YOU for doing the right thing. Your criticisms were legitimate, but it's rare to see someone come back and give credit when a vendor makes an improvement. I agree that Hobbyeasy has upped their game. They always were reliable and fair, but their site was a horror and it took great persistence or desperation to find something particular to suffer through its frequently timing out or being down or just taking for effing ever to load.

It now works almost as well as Luckymodel's, and their prices are very fair.

Concur with all the comments! I've had about 10 purchases through Hobbyeasy since they improved their site and all went very smooth. I now actually prefer them over Lucky Model for most of what I need. Lucky is still great for really cheap prices but they don't always have things in stock. Nine-out-of-ten times I search for something using Hobbyeasy I am able to find it in-stock.

Good job Hobbyeasy!
