Hi everyone, I used to model in the 70s, but modeling has really changed since then. I just started modeling again three months ago. I definitely have more questions than answers, but if I can help here on forum I will. I enjoy modeling and I want to learn different weathering techniques. Right now I am focusing on military models but I have built planes, f1 race cars and figures.
In 1988 I fractured my cervical vertebre which paralyzed me from shoulders down. So I model a little different than most. Because of disability I put brush/x-acto in mouth to finish models. I can't use airbrush, maybe some day.
I am working on two models now in 1/35 scale. A Kubelwagen and a Tiger 1, both are Tamiya kits.
This website and the forums looks like a great resource and I look forward to meeting others..Take care thanks for reading. Dave

A big g'day and welcome from down under Dave, great to see you on board here on Kitmaker.

As Terri said don't be shy about asking questions. The guys and girls here are awesome modelers and will give you all the help and advice you will ever need. They have certainly helped me enormously in the 12 months or so I've been here.

Looking forward to seeing some of your work.

Cheers, Damian
