just want to let you know about the excellent customer servic i have just recieved from pocketbond, the uk importer/distributer of afv club, trumpeter, alan etc
i recently bought afv clubs achilles and found it had some serious molding problems on the main hull parts.
i posted the parts replacement form with a letter to them last monday, and recieved my parts this morning totally free of charge, they didnt even want postage and packing,
thats 10 days from mailing the letter to recieving the parts. and anyone who knows the british post network will know how great this is!
i would seriously recommend doing buisiness with this ompany to anyone in the uk or europe

is a right misrable git forgets to send kits ect that've ordered ect glad you got the
bits are you going to start the kit now I keep looking at mine

ill start it as soon as i get enough time, ive been a bit busy with a new job lately so modelling has been put on the back burner
