Hi there friends.

Please, if this isn’t in the correct threat, I would be thankfull if someone moves it to the right one.

I’m not trying to get nothing with this because i do have this reported in the corresponding sites. This is to make a complaint and a protest to a sir who, in my view, is cheating us and laughing at those that had trust him and bought him anything. Instead of saying "we buy", I should say "we pay”. Since the best takes at least four months to deliver the buying, the worst, as I have seen several complaints on various forums, he has not delivererd the order after this time nor is it known whether it will.

This sir is GORDON BROWN and owns Cromwell Models.

It costs us a lot of work and effort to buy a scale model and the resin, the prices are sky high, and after a time of saving money or removing anything else, we decided to buy it and ask for the model, which, of course, if you do not pay it in advance he won’t send it to us.

Until there is all normal.

But the last step of this situation is that he manufacturer has to send it. Well with this sir, this last step is given by an unbearable delay, during which, he won’t answer even one of our emails or simply he won’t send our purchase.

The first is really serious, because he’s keeping our money or, otherwise, it’s retained for a period of time that exceeds all acceptable limits. But that's not the worst. The real problem is that he’s playing with our hopes and our feelings and I think that that’s not fair.

I won’t be the one to say what should we do about this sir, it would not be fair either.

All I ask is to think about it, fellow modelers, and see what steps we must take and what to do next in order to please all of us.

I apologize if I have been excesive with my words and thank you all for your attention and understanding.

Respect.

José Ramón Muñoz.

Hmm, how long before this one gets locked and/or deleted?

These rants are quite ridiculous. Please refrain from posting them here. Having the first thread locked should have been a pretty good hint.

Well, Gino, at least you are IBTL. If you look at the times though, it appears as if it was an inadvertant duplicate post.

IBTL??

If it was an inadvertent double-post, so be it. Either way, these rants are getting old.

Jrmuñoz I understand your frustration as we have all suffered this kind of treatment to a lesser or greater degree at some time by various service providers. However Armorama has no affiliation with this company as they do not supply review samples, they do not advertise with us, and as of I believe last month Armorama will not run news stories on new and existing products from this manufacturer until such time as their customer service improves. As such Armorama has done everything it can do to support the view of its membership.

Because threads on this company are generated on a regular basis and the inevitable route they take I am locking this thread. Please do not start another on the same subject as it will unfortunately also be locked.
