Salute 2010 is on in the National Show Grounds near Dublin Airport on the weekend of Aug 28th & 29th

won't be missing it but i'm curious what is the best day to go? i'd hate to know that by going saturday i missed a whole host of armor or reenactments on the sunday or vice versa

AFAIK it's pretty much the same on both days Lisa. Check the website closer to the date and see if they have posted any schedule of events, but more importantly check the forecast!

Bring loads of money: plenty of stalls selling memorabilia, gear and even models.
