I am trying to attach some scratch built chocks on to the deck. In the past I have found CA does not work good for this, and plastic cement is marginal. This time I decided to use 2 part epoxy, as I thought it would give a stronger bond. I take half round styrene and superglue to a piece of wood. After shaping and slicing of individual chocks, I remove the wood. Then I clean up the surfaces with sandpaper and epoxy the to the deck. After allowing ample time to cure, I drill a hole in the side of the chock and start opening the inside. But some chocks pop off and I have to reattach them. Any ideas, suggestions, or booze would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ron W.
