Been modelling (ootb) for about 20 years (more off than on).
Started building the Heller 1/35 Hotchkiss H-35 and not really have a good time with it.
Following the kit instructions was stupd as it attached the fenders to the upper hull prior to putting the running gear together. When I tried to use the kits hard vinyl track I snapped the rear ideler and the back of one of the fenders.
Anyway I had a set of Model Kasten tracks available and started to put that together.. During the process of adding that to the running gear, I snapped a bit more of the finder (what crap styrene did they use) and noticed that the fenders were way too thick to use the MK track set (and I think the original kit track too).
Can someone out there give me some ideas on how to replace the curved fenders in thin sheet styrene or foil type metal.
thanks in advance
Fabes
