OK.... am working on some finishing touches on my groundwork. I have my GMC in some mud (basically mud-colored celluclay) and want to add some Future to make some shallow puddles. When first added, the Future seems to be absorbed by the Celluclay...I added more later-- same result. Will this continue forever, or will it at some point take hold and make a puddle?

Maybe try sealing the "mud" first...then try the puddle. (Don't know if this would work, just seems like a semi-logical suggestion)

It should show eventually. Future evaporates quite a bit. I have changed from using that to Environtex Lite

Try using some clear epoxy instead of Future for your puddles. Future in not thick enough to sit on top of the Cellucly which will tend to absorb it. Also, it won't build any depth. You can pick up a pack of epoxy relatively cheaply at any hardware store. What you don't use in the dio, you can use for its intended purpose somewhere else inthe house if you need to.
