I want your guys opinion on what ship i might try too scratchbuild heres the choices i narrowed it down too

The first ship is a Privateer Sloop and the other is just an 8 gun with 14 swivle cannons ship

Are you going to use wood or styrene for the build?...same technique, just different media....
-I say I have two kids- one son & one daughter...my wife says she has three- one son ,one daughter and one husband.
...and don't tell yourself you can't do it....it'll just take longer then
