Can't scroll down on one site

I have gone on the scalemodeladdict.com site but cannot scroll down the page. I do not have a bar on the right side of the creen to scroll up or down. It's not my computer since the bar is there for the Armorama screen.

Since it's not a Kitmaker site, you might try contacting that's sites webmaster for your problems there.
It worked fine for me.
