I have one I have together with a DML Jagdpanzer IV L/70 (A) if your interested. It comes up off and on on Ebay which is where I got mine.

If you know of the Best Value Models PZ IV w/Schmalturm (Panther F) (Italeri Pz IV H with resin turret/gun) it's basically the same thing.
