Looking for Canadian related WWII items in 1/35 scale......... land based stuff (no planes or boats please). Shermans, carriers, staghounds, decals, PE sets, etc. Let me know what you may have.

I have a pile of stuff to trade as well......... mainly WWII 1/35 scale........... a HUGE lots of PE and such details sets for more modern aircraft in 1/72....... etc.

Tominizer,

You do know that the Canadians got a lot of hardware from Britain, especially Shermans on lend-lease, so if you can find any Sherman III or Sherman V kits (and fireflies) you just need to add transfers from the likes of Archer to get at least some WWII stuff.

That I actually DID know !!! But thanks for bring it up............. Canadian's also took what they could find as I understand it. I have a German Kubelwagen possibly undergoing such a thing now !!

Sorry about stating the obvious! It's just that I can't recall seeing much in the way of WW2 kits specifically "Canadian" out there. I know the Italeri Kangaroo came with Canadian markings as did the Academy Achilles (even though they were incomplete), but mostly for Maple Leaf stuff you need to get AM decals. Some day we may be blessed with a plastic kit of the Ram and Ram Kangaroo...
