Looking for a complete, unstarted, Esci Ertl M-60A3. I have several aircraft kits and one German armor kit that one could choose from.

It has been reissued by Revell of Germany a while back. Wasn't widely distributed by not difficult to find. It's kit #03057.

Thanks for that. Is this kit currently in production?

Kit # 03057 isn't currently listed on Revell-Germany's website.

Floyd Walker is currently advertising the Gunze Sangyo USMC M60A1 RISE/Passive w/ERA kit here in the buy/sell forum for $25 plus shipping (great price).

The Gunze Sangyo kit is the Esci M60A1 kit reboxed with some white metal armor and other 1990 USMC details added.

It's about 90% of the Esci M60A3TTS kit (does not include the TTS sight housing, LRF blister, crosswind sensor, thermal shrouded barrel and top loading air cleaner).

It's enough to get the proper sprue from the Tamiya USMC M60A1 kit from tamiyausa. That kit is just the Tamiya M60A3TTS with USMC armor and new road wheels. Add that sprue (or perhaps someone has built the kit as the A1 and has the A3 bits left over) and you have a pretty good A3.
