okay.. I am doing a research on the M-325 Israeli Command car .. so far there isn't any kit available.. only the chasis and the wheels of the Tamiya Chevrolet LRDG might do. I decided to make the line drawings myself , though it isn't complete i just like to ask your comments on this .. It's not complete yet I need to get the other views done and some MG mounts

Try www.waronline.org. It's a mostly Russian language site on the IDF, but it does have an English section. Try finding Tzefa (or at least that's what he's known at TankNet) since he set up that site. Also try posting at www.tank-net.org, at the Armor Forum. At TankNet, title your thread as "Help - IDF M325 C3 car - Tzefa? DADI?" so that Tzefa, DADI, Yish, Marsh, Cyber_Ghost, or any of the Israeli members or anyone there can try to answer your post. In your topic post, explain that you posted this at the Armor forum rather than at the Moderller's Forum because there is more traffic at the Armor forum (and more frequently visited by the Israelis) than at the Modeller's Forum.

hmmm .. that 's odd nobody seems to answer my query.. actually i tried both IDFyahoogroup and even asked George Bradford if he has any plans and even requested for an information from AIL ..for the Abir predecessor of the M-325.. my last resort i guess is to call AIL in Israel.. I got all the photos posted on www.waronline.org ... anyway i am not losing hope....onwards my comrades...

Finally after 9 months of research.. I can finally work on this project. I wasn't sure about the line drawing I made, somehow I haven't receive a complete and substantial answer of the "Nun-Nun"Command Car (that's what they call it.) I even wasn't sure were this is going. But, last week I stumbeld upon a website were they sell 1/35th plans of Israeli armor. I was able to purchase at least 3 plans of Israeli armors.. the Ramta. Azharit, and the M-235 Command Car, Yes they say it's the M-235 others designate it as the M-325 or is it's just an upgraded Dodge "Beep"? All I know is I am fascinated with this vehicle and I know it's easy to scratchbuilt.
So If you guys are interested in this subject let me know. More than willing to help you on this research. I'll keep you updated on the project. Most probably I'll be starting after April 1, since we'll be moving to a new house.. with a basement, finally a workshop!!! :-)

I must admit I almost got the line drawings correct, see the comparison.
BTW haven't included the front and rear view

Can you perhaps make a scan of the Achzarit and email it to me? I can probably do a conversion with a cheapo T-55.

Ooopss.. Did I say workshop..sorry ! It's justa "work area"...hehehe :-)
Thanks Cardinal, yup, roger on that..I'll be posting my progress. Something like a journal, maybe.
Actually I couldn't help myself but started to buy some materials... Evergreen plastic sheets, Strips and some K&S brass rods and throw in an Aber PE "Tie down Cleats" I'm planning to use Tamiya"Horch"road wheels, since it's has the same dimension on the plans. maybe casting it and modifying it a bit.
GI, give me your e-mail so I can send you the Achzarit plans .

Hi Blitz,
Wow, cool project! All your hard research will pay-off in the near future. Good luck on your move and invite us to your house warming! Tirhan mo ako ng puto at litson, ha!

Also, can you e-mail me the achzarit plans as well? It would be much appreciated. I would like to build it in 1/72.
Hope the weather will be good on the day of the move,
Wanze
