Check around online for model shows, you should be able to Google something up for larger events.

For example: IPMS usually lists upcoming shows. Here's one around Madison in October, around the 10th, I think. -

Glue Crew 2010 Model Contest and Swap Meet
Howard Johnson Inn & Conference Center
7101 Mountain Road

Cheers,
Mike

HobbyTown USA in Oshkosh is hosting their bi annual contest tomorrow May 8th.

Other events include Madison and Wausau...check the IPMS website for dates...Madison is typically in March.

Some have provision for vendors...you rent a table so you can sell your stuff. Some opt not to officially but run tailgate sales in the parking lot.

As someone who has vended at shows in the past, you can either make a ton or loss your shorts as the costs of purchasing a table, gas and expenses to get to/from the show can be more than you took in.

Where you located in Wisconsin?

We're setting up a club in the Oconomowoc area (halfway between Milwaukee and Madison on I-94).

Drop me a note if you're nearby.
