Tristar missing parts

I just recieved Tristars new running gear #35042 from Lucky Model. and on tree S2 parts #4 and #5 are missing and they show them on the instruction sheet thay are ideler wheels. Has any one out there run into this problem. And this is not a slam at Tristar our Lucky Model there great companies. Thank you Bill

have you tried contacting Tristar / LM for missing parts?

Yes tristar are sending parts and lm is contacting there supplier
