What is the optimum size for pictures? I am using 800x600 and only have about 60 pictures, and have used up most of my space.Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
Greg

Hi Greg,
Normally that would be a good size to use. However there are photo editors out there that don't *compress* photos for web to save space. So for example you end up with a 400kb file instead of a 40kb file.

What photo editor are you using?

Cheers,
Jim

I checked your Stug and Pak40 images and they are all pretty large; 250kb+

If you size them down (from camera raw file) to say 1200 pixels wide and then upload them to the gallery, it will automatically resize them and compress them for you.

Hi Jim,

Thank You for the information, I will try the 1200 pixels.

Thanks again,
Greg
