What is the best way to apply dry decals to helmets and other small areas?

Cut out the dry transfer. Put a piece of Scotch tape over the transfer. Stick it to the place you want the transfer. Rub to apply the transfer.

Or one other way is Archer does have a wet system that can be used, just like a regular decal.

I apply it to a sheet of decal paper (make sure its the transparent variety) trim close and apply like any other waterslide. I think though that I will try that tape method.
