BTW... why did you use word "Babci"? "Babcia" is Polish for "granny" or "grandmom" .

Yes, I know. the lady looked like some of the old Polish ladies who lived near me when I was growing up. My wife is half Polish and speaks of her Babci, who immigrated from Poland, with great affection. There is also a barnd of pierogi available here called Babci's.

Babcia's pierogi - doesn't matter if they are just called "Babcia's" they must be good .
