I use them all the time, been using them for years,
I've never had any problems,
although every now and then I do have to wait for an item to come back into stock.

Depends, if it's in stock, then I'd say it's usually about 10 to 14 days, but if one item is not in stock, he will hold the whole order. You'll get sticker shock on the shipping when you check out, as it just gives you a really high standard rate. But I've always gotten a refund back to my paypal account refunding the shipping charged and the actual shipping cost, depending on the actual size and weight of my package.

Can;t really telll how long it will take to get a package from Poland to the US. But I can tell you about service. I have ordered several times from them now and the service was always excellent. Shipping in a few days and when an item is not in stock they send an Email telling that the item was not in stock and when they expect it will be. Only good words for Jadar.

Good prices and most of all thrustworthy. But some orders can take some time and 4 weeks has not been uncommon for me. Usually you are informed about what is delaying the order and can opt to disgard it.

I recomend them.

I use them a lot. Jadar is a great shop with unique inventory and if you hit them right, the exchange rate makes things dirt cheap. Make sure you order and pay in USD.

Hi,

I've ordered recently ordered a kit -- my first transaction with them. Since getting inbound packages via EMS to my part of the world is so much hassle, I opted to have it shipped to a friend in the US.

So far it seemed ok, Jadarhobby advised it was sent out 8/13. Per USPS website, it reached NYC 8/15 and given the transaction type of Registered Mail. I've ticked on the option to get updates. To date there seems to have been neither activity nor advise from the USPS on this. Anything I missed out? or is there anything else that is needed from my end so the package can move on?

I've also just wrote to Jadarhobby and waiting for feedback. Thanks -- appreciate any advise from you kind modellers in the US.

Cheers,

Tat

Use them a lot and I'm in Australia

Great service, postage takes about 10 days to 2 weeks to get to me after purchase.

I recommend them

Thanks for the feeback Michael, and Paul. I have heard good things about JadarHobby, reason for me try them out.

I was happy to note that my order took a week to be processed. They also advised me the day it was shipping out. I tracked it via the USPS website and the status read that it got to the US in two days time.

Now, I'm wondering why it seems to be stuck in USPS NYC, and haven't got updates from them even after several inquiries.

Michael, was this the same route your order took? Anything else that you needed to do?

Cheers
