Its the first time I am using this site - other than perusing all the amazing information available to all.
I have been having a problem receiving an order from Mission Models (which included some tools). I have mailed them numerous times and also called and spoken to two of the guys that work there. There is a 10 hour timezone difference, which makes it interesting. The order cost me $130 (which in South Africa is a lot of money). I have been trying for pretty much a year already and I have some mail replies and when I have phoned they promised they were sending it????? The last couple of mails remain unanswered.
Any ideas? I don't know if this is the forum for this request and if I have made a mistake, I can only apologise.
