Hi guys!
I have a problem with my dear airbrush (Badger 200): When I pull the trigger, it seems "pulsating"...The air flow is not direct. What's the reason? I think the cleaning is Ok. Could it be the tip or the needle?

I hope in your help

I have had problems like this twice with 2 Badger air brushes. One was the brass tip where the needle pokes through had become damaged due to poor handling by yours truely. the 2nd brush was a fault in the valve where the airline connects, something had failed and paint/muck had found its way in there. Both problems required replacement parts, however both of these parts are fairly cheap.

Before rushing out and making an order wait to see if anyone else has sufferd this problem with an alternate reason for the problem.

Thanks Darren. I'm thinking to change the teflon part inside. I'm quite sure that is the key. For me it's a Search&Rescue mission. I love my "200"!!
