I'm lucky in that my girlfriend has said she will buy me a K5 for my birthday, I've wanted this model for yonks.
Now I have a question for you, Dragon or Trumpeter?
Is the Trumpeter model really worth the extra.
Also any tips on building it i.e. extra parts etc.

Both look great built up, but the main choice is .... Trumpeter; more parts/more details ... especially in the cars ... and Dragon; less parts/less details. We´re talking several hundred parts, so it is significant difference. Dragon have a crew included, Trumpeter dont.

I went for the Trumpeter version, as it is better detailed .... but we´re lucky enough to have a choice today on this model.

Thanks for the link, you pays your money and takes your choice, but I think I agree with you. Seems the trumpeter has it.

Originally ... I believe the prices were quite similar .... even the Trumpeter might have been a fraction cheaper at one point, but Dragon have reduced their price to sell.
