If God, my health, and my wallet allow, I'll be taking the drive westward. Been told it's about a 9-10 hour drive from where I live. Well, I'm too old, and my back and other body parts will never allow for a straight drive through, so if I do make it it will be a more leisurely drive over a two day period out, and back, with maybe a little sight seeing along the way.

I am planning on attending. Go to the AMPS website. It will have all of the information on hotels. Click on the International Show. You should find all of the information you need.
Thanks

Will see you there with the rest of the armorama guys. Maybe we ought to get some armorama t-shirts so we know who's who .

I will be there early and often, along with the usual suspects from the Fort Wayne crew. We'd better go, this one's in our backyard!

To anyone who has never gone, or is coming for the first time, this is a killer show! The Victory Museum is amazing - more than 150 vehicles displayed! Also, the venue for the show is huge, well lit and in the same building as the museum!

Besides, there are still 90 days - plenty of time to grab something off the shelf and enter it!

See you in Auburn.

I'm in. About a 3.5-4 hour drive from here so I'm still deciding on whether to stay over Friday night or just make a (long) day trip out of it on Saturday. If you enter models do you need to pay the walk-in fee? and do you also get into the museum with the walk-in fee. I think I'll be bringing a non-modeler with me.

Have fun!

Good to hear you made it guys. If you are in the fort wayne area and like your brews, check out a place called Munchies on Broadway. Small restraunt with it's own brewery. Have a good rep. for beers. Ican't make it till saturday but am looking forward to seeing all the armorama guys I get to talk to, and some of our local that Iv'e lost touch with.

I for one enjoyed my time there today; I got what I came for and then some. Not exactly too many bargains to be had, nonetheless the selection was astounding. HLJ had some awesome deals that couldn't be passed up.
The AFV M1132 is definitely a must buy when it's released this summer.
The blade assembly will test ones skills alone.
The WW2 museum was interesting, albeit I thought could've been a little more organized, but lots of pics were taken regardless.
The Auto museum was pretty cool too. That KR Mustang just doesn't need to be in there. That badboy needs some asphalt to hug!
For those that miss it this year, try and make the next one. Lots of talent and great models under one roof!
