Hi all i hope this is the correct place to ask this but i have 2 dragon Pz IV kits atm that both use turret armor and i would like to ask what is the better of 3 PE sets i have seen

and what is the main difference between early and late turret armor

in my opinion, go for voyager. their PE sets include just everything you need. Be careful though, as the tend to stack several PE sets in one pictures and not telling which is which so make sure you buy what you need

Personally I would go for Griffon, they also have extra goodies and look very accurate...

But Voyager are good as well.
