Is there a website or technique to restoring old decals so that they can be used?
I have heard that you can brush on or spray on Superfilm, but is there a specific way to do it?

Testor's has a decal fixative for their decal paper that works well. It has restored some of my railroad decals that were over 20 years old. I just spray it on lightly. I have read that nearly any clear coat will work.

I've read that if you have "yellowed" decals, you should place them in the sunlight for a period of time (a few hours, maybe) and they should "whiten" up again.
