Hi all
I'm now building the Revell Jagdtiger and have got to the tracks. This is my first attempt at indy-link tracksand i'm intrigued to know how everyone does them without throwing them out of the window?I've only done 20 links and i'm close to running off down the road screaming already.
Happy modelling
Peter

I know what you mean #:-) Having done a few myself.

I did the tracks a little at a time, walked away, did somethingelse for a while, then came back later. :-) It's the only way to stay sane.. #:-) Not that I'm claiming sanity ...

Anyway, take your time, take frequent breaks, takes longer, sure... But the result is well worth it :-)

Good Luck

make sure you set up a jig to keep them straight as you build them. I also advise tube glue as it holds them tight, but doesn't lock them up for a bit long enough for you to get them bent around sprockets and the idlers

Well Folks
I've listened to your advice and taken it slowly and the upshot of it all is that i've 99% finished assembling one side of the tracks with very few (so far) problems.
I'm now gonna leave them on the vehicle overnight to dry then i'll paint em tomorrow.
Thank you all for your advice etc,it made a job that i wasn't looking forward to a lot easier.
Regards
Peter
